Career.io already had a job board used by millions of job seekers, but as the platform expanded, the experience became fragmented. Search, applications and resume tools were growing independently, while one of the most valuable features — Auto Apply — remained largely undiscovered.

The challenge was no longer helping users find jobs. It was helping them confidently move from discovery to application.
